Refund Policy

We want every report to be worth more than you paid for it. If it is not, here is how refunds work.

Personal Pay Report ($19.95)

If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no argument. Send your request through our contact page with the email you used at checkout or your report ID (shown at the top of your report), and the refund will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Job Pricing Report ($149 per position)

Fully refundable any time before we deliver the report. After delivery, we will work with you to revise the report to your satisfaction; if we cannot, we will refund it. The Resume Pay Report ($69) is refundable in full any time before your completed report is delivered.

Expert engagements

Expert compensation reviews and consulting engagements are governed by their individual engagement letters rather than this policy.

How refunds are processed

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe and returned to the original payment method. If a charge on your statement looks unfamiliar, contact us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually resolve it the same day.
