This policy explains what WePayFairly, operated by Grahall LLC, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information. If you create a free account: your email address, a display name if provided, and your saved titles.

Purchases. If you buy a report: your email address, the report inputs you provide (job title, state, industry, years of experience, current salary), the amount paid, and a payment reference. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe’s handling of your payment data is described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Inquiries and contributions. If you submit a form (analysis requests, contact messages, or anonymous pay contributions): the information you type into that form. Pay contributions are collected anonymously in aggregate and never include employer names.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and cookies needed for login sessions, security, and page caching. We hash IP addresses where we store them for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To deliver the products and tools you request, secure the site, respond to inquiries, improve our data and features, and, only if you opt in, send you email updates through our email provider. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, payments via Stripe, email delivery) and when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data through our contact page; we will verify the request and respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved titles; purchase records may be retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Questions: use our contact page.
