Terms of Use
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Welcome to WePayFairly, operated by Grahall LLC (“WePayFairly,” “we,” “us”). By accessing wepayfairly.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we provide
WePayFairly publishes market compensation estimates, salary tools, calculators, career content, and paid reports, including the Personal Pay Report and the Job Pricing Report. Our figures are modeled market estimates built from published government wage statistics and a professionally designed job architecture, aged and adjusted per our documented methodology. They are informational estimates for planning and negotiation. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, not a guarantee of any salary or outcome, and not an offer of employment or compensation. Actual pay varies by employer, candidate, and circumstances.
Accounts
You may create a free account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the site.
Purchases and payment
Paid products are priced in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect completed purchases.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site data; resell, redistribute, or republish our data or reports as your own; use the site to violate any law; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; or misrepresent your identity in submissions. Purchased reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, data compilations, reports, and branding are the property of Grahall LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grahall LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
General
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: use our contact page.
