A real statistical screen for group pay gaps, free, and private: your data never leaves your browser.
Paste individual pay for two groups doing comparable work: same job, same level, ideally one location. One number per line or separated by commas.
Method: two-sample Welch t-test on the pasted values, two-tailed, with the gap reported at the mean and the median. The optional experience adjustment applies a 3 percent per year screening slope and is labeled as such. This tool is a screen, not a compliance determination: pay equity law (Equal Pay Act, Title VII, and state statutes in California, Colorado, and elsewhere) turns on properly constructed cohorts and multivariate analysis of legitimate factors, which requires a formal study.
